Jeff Carlson serves as the Director of Construction Services at Superior Construction, Inc., bringing 26 years of experience in the construction industry. A second-generation employee, Carlson began his career in 1996 as a carpenter apprentice, quickly advancing through the ranks thanks to his dedication and commitment to excellence.
Over the years, Carlson has played a key role in leading high-profile projects recognized with national and regional awards. Most notably, he served as the General Structures Superintendent for the I-65/I-70 North Split reconstruction project in Indianapolis, Indiana, a complex, four-phased infrastructure initiative.
With a deep passion for developing leaders and fostering teamwork, Carlson continues to be a vital contributor to the construction industry in Northwest Indiana and beyond.
